Qwizdom...

If you would like to find out more about Qwizdom then you can find their website here.

You can also find a number of powerpoints to use with Qwizdom here. (unfortunately not many specifically designed for KS2 Mathematics)

On request, the Qwizdom remotes could be made available for you to trial before making a final purchase. Please leave a comment if this is of interest!

Blogging...

If you're interested in the use of blogging, then you might find these links useful:

Blogger - You will need to set up an account here to create a blog page. It's free and the process is very similar to setting up an email account.

4shared - This is the 'hosting' site we have been using at Cooper designed for uploading documents to. There are many others, but 4shared has proved to be very easy to use and is quite cheap for an annual subscription.

If you'd like any further advice on the use of blogging (how to add videos, pictures, adjusting blog settings etc), please feel free to leave a comment and I will try and respond as soon as possible.

Chroma-Key videos...

If you're interested in the Chroma-Key (green screen) technology videos, then you might find theses videos useful as a guide:

As Zoe mentioned, there are opportunities for your year 6 students to be involved in a project using this technology. If you would like to get involved, please feel free to leave a comment.

Getting started...

There are 10 teachers at a BLIP meeting.
Being a friendly bunch, they all decide to shake hands.

If they are to only shake hands with each person once, how many handshakes need to take place?
